5. Purchase guarantees

6. Prices and delivery conditions
The prices shown on scale75.com include the mandatory value added tax (VAT), but do not include delivery costs. Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipment Confirmation within the indicated period:
Deliveries of orders in the peninsula: from 1 to 5 working days.
Delivery of orders in the Balearic and Canary Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
In any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Bear in mind, in any case, that we do not deliver home on Saturdays or Sundays. Our logistics provider includes 2 delivery attempts for you. If you are absent, a notice is left (as long as access has been possible) with the information of the office where you can pick up the shipment. If the recipient has not been to the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days the shipment will be returned to its origin. Value added tax and billing
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific article in question. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. The operation will only be carried out if the bank that issued the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected. We also have the SSL online transaction security certificate. As a complementary measure to the 'Secure Payment' system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, Scale75 reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client, as well as to adopt the measures it deems appropriate ( including the cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
Scale75 does not allow the purchase of products for subsequent resale.
8. Return and exchange policy
Any product change will be subject to a return and the realization of a new order. The amount of the order to be changed will be returned in full, discounting the shipping costs.
In the event that the purchase is made online but collected and verified in our physical store, they are considered face-to-face since the customer can check the size, materials, color, etc. of the item purchased on site. Therefore, the conditions of exchanges and returns become those of our physical store, with 30 days for exchange and returns with a refund of the amount paid (online) in the form of a return voucher with 365 days of expiration.
Remember that, in the case of gifts, the refund of the return will be made in favor of the credit card that made the payment of the merchandise.
Orders with defects
In case of receiving an order with damage due to transport, it is mandatory to notify WhatsApp or email from the store within 12 hours to make the return and claim to the carrier effective.

Refund of the amount
Once the item is received and when the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned will be paid using the same payment method used. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The amount will be reflected in your account in an approximate period of between 7-15 working days, from the moment you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.
9. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. 11. Force majeure
Compliance by Scale75 of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. Scale75 will inform the client of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days after its occurrence.
